Can We Collect and Re-Direct Vibrational Energy From Rail Road Tracks?

Some of us are more sensitive to vibrational energy, and sound waves than others. Interestingly enough, I can pick vibrational energy from railroad tracks 20 or 30 miles away. I've also noted that the trains are getting longer with more cars, and more is being loaded on them as far as tonnage.
