Packaged Engineering
When a coal-fired electric generating unit needed to be replaced with a gas turbine incorporating cycle technology to reduce emissions (NOx, SO2, CO2 and other pollutants), they had a decision to make - use a tailored solution or engage a packaged engineering solution. The replacement turbines were larger and utilize natural gas as their fuel source (though fuel oil is used for redundancy in the event of gas supply interruption).
