What Is Scale Calibration?

Weighing scales are one of the most important tools of measurement, and are expected to give accurate measurement figures. However, with every other tool used, weight scales too need to be consistently maintained, if exact figures are to be expected, as these machines lose out their accuracy with time. The process of maintaining and ensuring accurate weighing scale measurements is known as scale calibration.
