The refrigeration of certain perishable products is big business these days. Cold storage is now in demand on a grand scale by the food, pharmaceutical and many other commercial industries. These refrigerated units can range from small fridges to mega cold stores with rooms for hundreds of pallets of produce. Some cold storage units are even the size of industrial shipping containers and house several storage rooms.
